In any game? Freya in Star Ocean: 'Till the End of Time. Took about 7 hours to take down her 10 mil HP doing about 1,000 damage a hit.
In KH? Sephy in KH1, took me about 45 min to an hour when I finally beat him. Ended up using up all my elixers. lol.
All the KH2 battles were long because of the cutscenes. To quote a friend, "KH1 was actually good. It didn't have the 'push the triangle button to make the baddies go away' feature like KHII does."
