I mean, I lost went from 220 to 170 in 4 months because I chose to. I made it sort of like a video game. I ate normally still, but ate better portioned, cut back on the super high end fatty stuff and well... just exercised and I'm 24. I'm currently in the Army also... so it's really the mindset. The irony is that the army standards for pushups and everything are tougher @ 25 versus than 18, because you had time to develop your stuff. It mostly starts going downhill at 35.
