To me was when Squall receive the SeeD title. When he leave the room and Seifer appear, i think Seifer will was begin a battle, BUT NOT!!!! He just applaud him!!! Wow, unforgotten.
Another moment that i see FFVIII is when they are in Trabia Garden, and they begin to remember theyr pasts and childhoods, showing to us how important is this and how we don't give any importance. Oh my... At the second time that i play this game and i come to this part again, i read all speechs of the characters (in the first time that i play in this part, i didn't read the speechs), and when he back in your memories and become transparent and i read allspeechs, i understanding what are happening, and man... I cry like a little child at the front of my old brother (he didn't are understanding nothing! And i'm was very shame, but anyways, i'm was emotionated, i was needind cry because of this scene, my heart are saying). And whan i'm was crying like a child i say: "This game are hard and strong...". It's like me remembering my childhood, not Squall... yeah... i'm weird... and Final Fantasy VIII and his story change ny life forever... thanks to all you of MyFinalFantasyNetwork.
Yes, Zack's death is oh so sad...I am dreading finishing Crisis Core just because of that...
Oh and when Seifer clapped was a good part too, yeah when I first played 8 I thought they were going to fight, too. :P
I like the funny memorable times most. Like when Squall, Zell, Seifer and Quistis are going to Dollet in the beginning of the game. Zell asks Squall to see his gunblade, and Squall replies with the usuall: "..." And Seifer calls Zell a chickenwuss. :) Then when Squall asks Quistis about the girl at the infirmary, I just love Seifer's quote: "That's just great, I have Chickenwuss and a guy who just reached puberty in my squad."
Man we need to travel back in time further everybody, cause for me the most memorable moment in the final fantasy series was in ff4 when cecil and rosa get married in Baron Castle, i mean that was the first real couple in a ff game to go through so much hardship, betrayal and mistrust and STILL end up together in the end (also a big shout to Rydia and Edge, even though it wasnt explained, you KNEW that was gonna happen, am i right?

Well I have problems deciding on any very memorable scene. Of course the death scenes are sad and all that, but considering that when I played FF7, I were so late at playing it that I'd already been spoiled about Aerith dying, so I pretty much just awaited the scene where she dies. And also in Crisis Core, I'd played FF7 and I'd watched Advent Children, so I knew what was gonna happen in the end, and therefor no matter how well done the scene was made, it didn't become that memorable. :P
I find Yuna's Dancing scene in FFX very pretty, and I keep using it in all my AMVs cause I just can't resist, yet I dunno if it's "memorable"?
I wish this topic included KH as well, cause the ending of KH1 is just the most memorable scene of any game. I love it. :P
Blehhh...well...I really enjoyed the scene in FF7 where they found Reno and the other Turks drunk in Wutai. I'll say that is the most memorable scene to me. :P
