I want to see alot of you "fat people" haters when you guys are over 25-30 years old when you metabolism slows down and eat the same way. Your brain is used to a habit of eating what you eat, so when you keep eating that way, you will gain weight.

I'm studying the human mind, and over weight people do not think the same way as a "thin" person. Do you know a size 6/7 is big compared to 50-60 years ago?

I mean, I lost went from 220 to 170 in 4 months because I chose to. I made it sort of like a video game. I ate normally still, but ate better portioned, cut back on the super high end fatty stuff and well... just exercised and I'm 24. I'm currently in the Army also... so it's really the mindset. The irony is that the army standards for pushups and everything are tougher @ 25 versus than 18, because you had time to develop your stuff. It mostly starts going downhill at 35.

I think it has something too do with the family...
like diveroce parents...
50% of parents get diveroce in america..
and the Child may get mad...or upset about it..
and eating is a way to get the pain out..
my paretns aren't diveroce...i wiegh 120 pounds...and so on with my siblings...
or it could be about something upsetting in there lifes...or DNA..or a disease...
but thats just me..
and..i think i'm spelling diveroce wrong?..yeah pretty sure....

Divorce it is ;)

My parents are divorced. They got divorced when I was 3 years old, then my mom married another guy, and later on my dad married another woman. Then 3-4 years ago my mom and stepdad got divorced, but now recently I got the news from my mom that they're back together, just at the same time as my dad and stepmom recently got divorced.
It is kinda a mess, I'd like to say, yet I am not overweight and do not eat to get the pain out, even though it annoys me (but it's not painful, so I guess that's it).

True, I believe for some, eating is the way to get pain out, and that is the cause of overweight to some people. Not for all, though. lol

i have a good memory..but not in long terms...
anyways..there many things i could say too explain it

I only remember tiny parts of it, yeah xD but I do remember my mom and stepdad getting divorced after being together for 10 years, and my dad and stepmom who got divorced one month ago xD lol

Just to put a little funny in this topic, I think the government is just faking the whole energy crisis(or exagerating) just to get the whole of fat america on bikes and to lose weight! lol.

Seriously, since I am alittle overweight, (185ib. at 15yr old.), I really don't care. But I would admit that there are certain cases, 500+ people, that take that limit I can't bear to see/hear about. However, I think that there isn't as huge of an obesity problem as the gov. states. Yes there are fat people in america, but it isn't like it will destroy the world!

Look, I'm gonna be honest: I didn't read everybody's comments because, honestly, you know, **** it. But I know THIS much: I don't think I could STAND living in places like European countries because I'm ALL ABOUT the larges portions and types of food we got here! I LOVE hamburgers damnit! HAHA! I remember going to Rome and Greece and all I would get for breakfast is either a slice of bread or a croissant and a glass of water or Orange Juice! It was BULLSHIT! I was all like: "A man can't live on bread alone you mother****ers! Give me some MEAT!!!" I was SO GLAD to be eating a good old fashioned, honest to God, AMERICAN breakfast when i got back to america! With Bacon, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, etc! and served in HUGE portion! Now that's what the **** I call a mutha****in BREAKFAST! Anyway, genetics DOES play a big part in it, because I've got overweight friends who don't eat all that much and yet here I am, sucking up **** like a black hole, and not only am I NOT FAT, but I'm thin with well toned muscles and veins showing! People look at me and think I'm in really good shape, but really, all I do all day is sit on my ***! And I eat like a muh'****a! HAHA!
