yeah... as the title says- i think the love that many women have for is ridiculous, can yous tell me why women like shopping?

I understand the fun element but is that all?And a lot of the time it's not fun- though iv'e heard no parents shopping is better.

Well, Inco-- Women and Shopping.

You could basically call me one... Not that I consider myself. But under USA Law in less than one year I will be considered an adult and people have been calling me a young lady for over 2 years already.

So.

Maybe it's a phase for you.... You might not understand why now, as I used to think the same when I was your age.
But things have change.

I love shopping; just not the extent.
I mean, It's very important for me to look good.
Clothes, Shoes, Make up - the works... It's awesome when I have it all.

I mean, you got to represent yourself out there. Leave your mark.
You know, what I mean?

I don't over do it.... I mean, sometimes when I'm at home or when I'm going to not-so-fancy-elaborate places.
I dress completely normal.
Jeans, w/e shirt, converse, and usually with my hair up in a ponytail, most of the times, no makeup.

So yeah.
I enjoy shopping, just not all the time... It depends on what I'm looking for and what store I'm at.

lol i love to spend moiney too, but women like to buy ridiculous **** u know like picture frames and makeup and bday cards and like decorations.... and spoend hours on picking the stupid **** out.... i like to go to bestbuy or newegg.com and buy **** like video cards and televisions or maybe one pair of awesome kick *** shoes, and spend maybe 5 mins picking it out and the other 6 hours of the time using the product i bought.... women like to spend 6 hours picking somehting out then they just put it on the wall or mail it out.... its stupid if u ask me, but as long they keep looking fine they can shop wtver will keep em from *****in in your face....

The sort of woman who shops the way you explain it, I find annoying too, haha.

Anyway.
To me, I enjoy shopping both like the way Nadie explained, and also a way to spend time with friends. Just if there's nothing else to do, walking around and look at things in stores are nice. I never go shopping alone.
And yeah, to look good. Unlike Nadie, I do overdo it, even. xD makeup and all, fancy clothes and stuff. I love buying it, the few times I am out shopping. Except I hate using too much money, so I often end up not buying anything, lol.

But either way, to buy things that makes me look good, and to hang out with friends.
Such things as videogames, dvds, and other things I'm not gonna wear, I prefer ordering on the net. :P

Copies and fakes are friggin lame. The originals, that's when you're talking. :P especially special and limited editions. I enjoy having that, which is easier to buy online than to get in a store, where it's more expensive to buy anyway. lol

Theres clothes i wanna buy and wear but i can'tcos of my ma... not like string clothes...ewww! but like.... hmmm... like yuna's X-2 outfit. And some gothic lolita... but not so girly more mens. and yeah i would like wear ff clothes and kimonos and stuff like that, and... the boots. As soon as i get my own place i am gonna wear ace clothes. I like suits too, im gonna dress as a turk aswell, spose a soldier uniform would probably get me stopped by the police or somthing... and like the ffXii people... and by that time i't'l be the ffxiii... and the FFMCMXVIIXCIII-9
