How About You?
Anyway, I have one sister and a half-brother. Sis is 14 and brother is, IDK since I havent seen him in like 14 years. My sister is EXTREMELY stupid.(not making this up) and used to cut herself(IDK on if she still does) I used to have a grand total of 9 dogs and 3 cats in one small house, now I'm to 2 dogs and one cat. I lost my favorite dog, her name was Cookie,(That is a crappy picture of her below):
I was given her on my grandma's deathbed and I was forced to get ride of her by my parents because they wanted to take their pets.(I REALLY AM NOT MAKING THIS UP) My old dad "dissappeared" and so did the child support he hasn't been paying for 7 years. Now, I wish I had a brother. ohh, funny(morbid) story. I was suppose to have a twin brother but I killed him on the way out(at birth) choked him with the ambilical cord. It's funny, but not funny, get what I mean. Anyway, that is more my life, but there is a glimps into my family.
Wow..thats..well...kinda of amazing..
cute dog..i like dogs....and u killed your supposed twin brother?..
hmm....so..u would have had a twin...thats just kinda of werid..

Hmm...well.
sis: 21, me: 18, bro: 11, mom: 43, dad: 49
Mom and dad divorced when I was 3. I've lived with my mom since then.
Mom got married again when I was 5.
Mom and Stepdad got a kid, my lil brother, when I was 7.
Dad married a vietnamese woman when I was 11.
Mom and Stepdad divorced when I was 15 because they just kept quarreling.
Dad and Stepmom divorced a half year ago (me being 18 as I am now) due to things I shall not say.
At the same time, a half year ago, my mom and 'ex-stepdad' became a couple again, though in my opinion they quarrel just as much. They just keep screaming at each other.
I still don't know if my 'ex-stepdad' will move back in and become my stepdad once again or not...so yah. xD
Uh...and I have...2 cats (whom I love more than anything), a dog, a rabbit, and a fish. Or, they're the family's though, except the youngest cat has pretty much decided on her own that she belongs to me, so she listen only to me and always sleep at my room. Her name's Tinka, though I nicknamed her ChuChu and now she goes by the name Chu. :P
My sis is my best friend and I'd be dead by now without her, my lil bro is lost in the videogame world, my mom is awesome though sometimes way bossy, my 'ex-stepdad' is a very nice guy who gave me the sick humor I have now. And my dad drinks beer way too much, but is still nice, he introduced me to videogames and internet so thank him for me being here. My 'ex-stepmom'...I never really knew, so I can't say much about her. xD

Wow, you all have some interesting lives... Sad about not having a mom, Rowan.
Timezone, one member of your family (19 yr old sister) sorta reminds me of a young adopted son a friend of my family has...he's a boy who's been abused and has been known to be sweet for a time only to suddenly change into this violent child that's not recognizable to her.
My family...? Well, for about 26 years my mom and dad are still together. My dad's around 60 or 61 years of age, and my mom's 53. I'm currently 24, turning 25 soonish in January. I've never had any brothers or sisters. Been an only child all my life, and yeah I got spoiled quite a bit.
I know when I was very very young, my dad used to be an alcoholic. He'd yell and get a bit abusive, and once broke an old piggy bank of mine to buy booze. Recently he's been in sobriety for over 14 years. He still goes to AA as a sponsor for some people. AA helps to keep him sane sometimes I think, and also prevents him from getting into trouble with the law.
Dad's a retired college professor and high school teacher. He didn't teach at the high school I graduated from in 2002, but at another. He taught English, College Prep, Creative Writiing, Intro to Film, Theatre/Drama, Yearbook (in which he hated), and Journalism.
My mom had been a substitute for a while for all schools in Southern Maryland for a while, and then was an assistant teacher in a class with children who had Asperger's Syndrome. She doesn't teach anymore either, but LOVES her new job at a place in which she helps the mentally and/or physically disabled live more independently. There's another job she has that's part time; at a Movie Gallery (movie rental place).
Why they don't teach anymore is a long story. To roughly sum it up, my dad was falsely accused of sexual harrassment by a bipolar chick and the police were sloppy with their investigating (and tampered with evidence). He's still on the 5 year long unsupervised probation (all is well, and we're left alone) deal. Some of the staff at the high school he taught at were two faced jerk offs.
Now, Dad's my partner at our family business run bookshop called Wordman Used Books. During the week he gets to hang out with me, help me out, read, nap, and do some of the things he loves to do now that he's been released from teaching such as caring for herbs and small plants. He also is into the garden statue making with a friend of the family.
I got a cat named Angel. She's a dark brown short hair with a white line of fur on her throat. She's very affectionate and all, but she doesn't act like an angel all the time. The little story behind the name is, well, I believe her to be a partial reincarnation of my first cat, Shadow. When a beloved animal companion dies, the spirit never leaves and stays by the owner, until there's a chance to come back as another cat, dog, bird, whatever.
Partial reincarnation, because Angel's twin sister in which my mom named Peppy was the other half (she was quite energetic as a kitten when it came to playtime) who lived with the rest of us for four years, then died in her sleep. Peppy had worms, and tried to get rid of them by drinking the rubbing alcohol used to kill fleas that would jump on my parents and me. She died young, but at least she died peacefully.
Angel's a lovable crybaby and goofus. Her favorite game is to try and catch the string at the last minute before it goes completely under her red and gold blanket that's an old coffee table cloth. Sometimes she just does it to kick and scratch at the cloth. Funny to see, really.
She loves sitting in my lap the most, but will sometimes sit in Dad's. Follows me almost everywhere in the house. Angel's a crybaby, because she misses me all the time, even when I'm outside for a few minutes. And yeah, I think she still misses her sister sometimes.
We meow at each other from time to time. XD And sometimes Angel's crybaby habits drive Dad up a wall.
