The series was totally awesome :) I loved them while they were still alive ^_^
I cried all through the second half of HP & the Deathly Hallows...starting where that horrible thing happened to darling Dobby (I'm not saying what it was, just to kinda halfway keep the spoilers out for those who haven't read them yet XD)

I've also read articles where JKR said that there will not be a "Harry Potter's Midlife Crisis"...but I've heard nothing about their sons. If there are more to come, I'm enthusiastic but not thrilled. Are seven books not enough? And branching off of an already-series? I think she had her magical moment in the series already written, but the thing is, if an author actually writes too many books, I'll give up reading them. Can't help it, even with her I get bored! The only one that that may never happen with is Polly Shulman and Stephenie Meyer. I could never give up reading their works. ^_^
But JKR? Yeah. It's very likely I'd give up on her.

I wouldn't have gotten into Harry Potter unless my mom forced me to read the first one for some extra AR, Advanced Reading, points in 3rd grade. I've been hooked since! Love all the books, and the movies:

1 - 8.5/10
2 - 7/10
3 - 8/10
4 - 5/10(Being Generous)
5 - 8.5

Now, What I THINK I will rate the 6th HP movie is:

6 - 9.2/10

Just to mention, when I wrote the topic, I hadn't finished the last book, sry. But there are some things that I wish to add to the topic.

The next book, if there is going to be one, will be about James and Sirius when they were at school and how they acted in muggle life. There is a funny scene that you may need to look up to prove that is talking about Sirius and James getting pulled over on the motorbike by muggle police and they, with their magic, give the officer a hard time and some attitude.

There are also some rumors about a book with their sons, but what i ment by Ron and Harry, not so much Hermiony is the fact that she wouldn't be mentioned that much in the book, not compaired to Harrry and Ron...

I <3 the series! I've read books 1,2,3,4, &5...in the process of reading #6...But, I really need to finish reading it at least before the movie comes out. But I thought that all of the movies were great...except maybe 4...that one wasn't as good as the others...but still sorta, good....kinda.... ;)

i like the seires, i have all seven books and movies 1-5, and there is supposed to be a new book coming out in november or december i think, i can't wait XD
