How would you improve dirge of cerberus? Post any ideas as long as they arent offensive ie like "trash the game" I dont want to see that kind of ****. what i want is to know haw you would improve it
I'll post my ideas soon.
Note: Most of my ideas will appear in a fanfic im working on. if i happen to like your ideas i might steal--that is Borrow them. with full credit of course
How to improve. Hmmm.
Having Vincent tell Lucrecia he loves her. It is implied the whole way through, but mabee the words were left out to keep it as a non-soppy game, and then if it was rated as soppy it might not sell so well.
But mabee Vin's lack of "I Love You", is saying that things don't go as we want and you have to be strong even if it cannot be and be happy for the person and not cry over them for years. (I know i'm not being so clear i don't really know how to explain)
In the game Vin made a pesonal journey, from not wanting to be involved with anyone (watch him in AC he is so stoic), to loosing Chaos and being happy.
Many reveiwers said they found the game annoying. Ignore them i loved it. It was a nice change from regular, turn based battles, and it utilised having one player more.
I think they should make the special misions easier.
There is a secret ending with Genesis from Crisis Core in it.
Liked how Hojo comes back. That's one thing Seph inherited from him.
Yes, thought of somthing. It would be good to know what hojo's last name was. Many FF7 characters don't have last names.
All the forms wouldn't work with the storyline.
I think they are forms of chaos. it was just required in FF7 to have 4 limit breaks.
Yeah, but what if you got different overdrives that did his other transformations that would of been good.

i bet they could make it work.......And the Overdrives are not a bad idea...
get the voices to fit the mouth of the character.............
I thought the voices were fine. Thats his AC voice too, bu he's not depressed all the time like in AC.
What i thought was missing was when you sneak into Shinra mansion via sewers, you get to go into this coffin room.
Now is that scene is probably missing because Vin dosn't lie in coffins, and he's probably visited here before and thought about it in the 3 years leading up to DOC.
They should of made this clearer.
The fact that there was a deepground soldier hiding in it was bad. (But then why wouldn't he hide in a perfectly good coffin if it will surprise the opponoent.)
I'd say the way of making Dirge of Cerberus better would be to switch out Vincent with Cloud as main character. Not that I'm needy of once again screwing around with dear Cloud Strife, but because I truly liked it better when Vincent was still quite a mystery, where you could use your own imagination at his past and such. He was way cooler that way xD.
Oh, and, I'd prefer if it was the usual RPG style on the game, not this shooting kinda thing, I'm not good at that at all xD.
Nice. Although to be honest, i dislike cloud. I Prefer Vincent and Sephiroth oh and the turks....:
eek:
Just had an idea. A Level where Vincent fights along side the turks. Not Just Ru, Re, Ts & El, but the Turks from Before Crisis.
Id also change Yuffie and Cait Sith so that they're not 99% Useless.
Purly Cosmetic change: the deepground Call would be "Sieger Weiss" - It sounds Cooler than "Hail Weiss"
Robin Akin Downes uses the same accent for Genesis as he did for Byron in Babylon 5. I think Genesis would sound better with a British accent than with the Antonio Banderas one he has in the DoC secret ending - Everyone knows that all the Best Villans have British accents (Shere Khan (Spelling??), Frollo (Hunchback of Notre Dame), Megabyte (Reboot), Saruman, Magneto, Count Dooku, Tarkin (Star Wars) to name a few). Hey im proud that we Britons make good villains
*Altering the later missions so that Vincent actually has to fight his way right to the top of the Shinra Tower to find the entrance to Deepgroud. As you climb, you fight various remanents from Hojo's old experiments
*Once at the top , you have to fight Argento the Silver from Online mode. I'd actually have her be Rosso's sister Hey - calm with crazy. Id also give her a bigger role in the main storyline.
*I'd have her appear alongside Rosso in the cutscenes - quite apart from the odd comment.
*You fight her in the section from Lost Chapter. She's as calm as you like - think a female version of Vincent or Squall. She pulls a tactical retreat before you beat her.
*When you fight her after Rosso dies, she's completly beserk.
*The Entrance to Deepground is an elevator shaft. Since the lift is out of action, Vincent has to: use a long series of ladders (a la FFVIII)/Free fall.
*Argento is fought again as you fall (a timed boss fight) and once defeated, Vincent uses her body to cushon the impact.
*Azul acctually gets nailed to the central piller when vincent impails him with the cannon. He then pulls him self off and tries to charge you and knock you off the lift with him
*The additional storyline from Online Mode is Modified for Single player and included as a reward for beating Extra Hard Mode

Nice, so if i beat extra hard mode and start a new game i get to do this or is this only if you use internet?
Well, id rework the additional Storyline from online Mode into a single player offline campaign.
Basically, you complete Extra-Hard Mode, then you can select this additional story from the new game Menu. No need for Internet connection.
Like the additional "Dawn of Souls" story line for FFIIoS or "Reverse/Rebirth" storyline for KH:CoM.
