What a Sad Ending

I was crying at the ending scene...I knew Zack was going to die, but it was still kinda hard seeing the guy you just played as for the entire game in a pool of his own blood...

Yes it was sad, but it had to be shown how Cloud lost his memories and the reason for the placing of the Buster Sword in his hands. Kinda of bad that the sword ended up being a rusted tomb marker.

Aaww...yeah, that's the only thing I would have against playing it...knowing Zack's fate....& I dont have a psp either, Jedi, lol. Kinda need to buy one first, before I could play it. Want to play it reaaaaaally bad though.

I know the feeling...I spent my life's savings on my psp! My friends all had to wait, bored, in the bank, while I withdrew them:P

Worth it though, if just for the DMW! And the ending...>sob!<

It was a really sad ending to the game I saw it coming as well but It's too bad that his buster sword gets all rusted up and used as a grave marker in AC

i liek the japnese langage for FF7..
its sads more real..or at least the yell cloud gives..sounds more real..

Same here. Although I can't speak or read Japanese so I couldn't quite tell what in the hell they were saying! The ONLY thing I got was at the end, when Cloud said "I am Cloud Strife: SOLDIER, First Class." I got THAT. But not because I spoke or read any Japanese, but because it was pretty easy to tell what he was saying there. I understood "Cloud Strife" and I understood "First class". So that one was easy. I should probably go out and buy a stole- I mean "used" PSP from a pawn shop or something... or see if some nerd took the time to format this game into PC format for people to download off of the internet... But you know... screw it... It can wait. HAHAHAHAHA!

I got that special FF psp slim when i got AC and the japanese voices where better except for sephiroths english voice is better

I couldnt even watch...half of...that...*sniff* ...too, too, sad.... *sniff*
And poor Cloud got half his face covered in his best friend's blood....ew, and very depressing.
....I don't know if...I could play that game....knowing...Zack's inevitable fate..... and it makes...me ...too dam sad.

Indeed the ending was sad, but at the same time it was also uplifting, as Zach becomes "liberated", and Cloud gains a new role in life , that of continuing the legacy of Zack, which is also kinda strange to me to be honest... Don't mean to offend FF7 fans, I am one myself, but it's almost like, "monkey see monkey do"..But of course it does help further clarify the FF7 story, and there is some honor in it as well, and blah blah.. So this is probably just the wrong impression for me to develop, idk..
