I need to know what photoshop is how you use it to paint anime and where to get it from.

Can any experts help me.

uh... well.... I didn't download it... someone lend me the CD....... even tho there are sites where you can download it....

But I don't think you'll be able to draw anime with this..... you can create custom images... but making something from 0 will be really difficult.... the best thing to do is to draw it by yourself.... scan the image and paint it with Paintshop....

Can't really help you with how to get those black lines instead of pencil lines on the drawing, as I don't use that myself, but how to color I guess i can tip you a bit on... :P and, to color pictures, you can use any sort of painting program you want...I guess the most common is either photoshop or paint shop pro, that is what I use... :P
And also, just by searching on youtube you will find many great tutorials on how to color it, I believe, so maybe you can check there aswell. xD
